The panel will discuss the advantages and challenges of guiding people to achieve greater success by learning from more experienced team members. You will hear of actual situations and be given the opportunity to pose questions to our panel comprised of mentors and of one who currently participates in a mentoring program. They will cover the benefits, and necessary safeguards, to make the process valuable to the individuals, as well as the organization.
